
College Station – The College Station project is designed to meet the needs of the Miami Parking Authority’s (MPA) Proposal Requirements Document for the redevelopment of the College Station Garage at 190 NE 3rd Street.
The proposed development will consist of a first-class public parking facility with approximately 1,357 spaces, ground floor retail spaces to complement the neighborhood, such as an urgent healthcare facility, and a high-end grocery chain. Above this beautifully designed podium will be approximately 1,200 residential units, at various affordability levels, that will help satisfy the demand for housing in this bustling downtown area, adjacent to Miami-Dade College and within walking distance of Bayfront Park.
As part of the proposal, we are restricting 20% of the units for individuals at or below 50% Area Median Income, committing 15% of all units for workforce housing and the remaining 65% of units will be market rate. The residential density would provide the MPA with maximum economic benefit under this public-private project.
